Grange Personal Training – Terms and Conditions for Clients
1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate in training sessions at Grange Personal Training. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Sessions must be booked in advance.
- A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged.
- Cancellations must be made via the booking system, phone, or email.
3. Health and Medical Clearance
- You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before beginning training.
- If you are unsure about your health status or ability to participate, please consult with a healthcare professional before starting.
- Grange Personal Training reserves the right to request a medical clearance before participation.
4. Equipment and Facility Use – Health and Safety Requirements
- All clients must use equipment as instructed by staff and in a manner that is safe and appropriate.
- Please notify your trainer immediately if you notice any damaged equipment or hazards.
- Footwear must be clean, closed-toe, and suitable for exercise.
- Use of the facility is at your own risk; trainers will provide guidance, but clients are responsible for listening to their bodies and staying within safe limits.
5. Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Please bring a clean towel to every session and wipe down equipment after use.
- Clients must maintain good personal hygiene and wear clean workout clothing.
- If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, sore throat, cough), please do not attend your session and notify your trainer as soon as possible.
- Hand sanitiser and cleaning products are available for client use throughout the studio.
6. Liability and Assumption of Risk
- You understand that participation in physical training carries risk of injury.
- By signing this agreement, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Grange Personal Training and its staff from liability, except in the case of gross negligence.
7. Respect and Conduct
- All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward trainers, staff, and other clients.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services.
