We are located at 21 Terminus Street, Grange, Adelaide. The Personal Training Studio is located at the rear of the property behind a security gate. Members have access and new clients must book an appointment to visit.
There is plenty of free on street parking, the road is very quiet
We have two Functional Training areas both indoors, outdoors and an outdoor covered training area. Plus Changing Rooms and a unisex toilet. There are changing rooms, bag storage, a unisex toilet, a defibrillator plus we supply free filtered water.
We complete a Health Consultation, to see what level of fitness a person has and how they can train to achieve their goals. Every person is different dependent on their work and lifestyle Habits, physical attributes and Nutrition. The best thing is to come along and have a chat. There are bonuses to not having trained previously. Hiring a Personal Trainer to gain basic Lifting and Boxing technique plus Nutritional advice which can transfer into everyday life is fantastic and can really improve your everyday living.
Apart from the previous or next client warming up or down for a few minutes, the Studio has 1 client training and Bri the trainer. Our service enables clients to be left alone to focus on their goals and targets not having to wait for equipment or working out in a crowded environment. The price of a session includes renting the whole studio and the trainer for their session.
Personal Training Questions
In Person or Online Sessions cost the same
1 x 45 minute - Personal Training Session is $80. 1 x 45 minute - Small Group Boxing circuit is $30. Clients pay in 4 weekly subscriptions and can cancel at anytime. We want our clients to be happy and gain results and not feel like they are locked into a long term contract and have to come along.

Wear suitable active clothing shorts, t-shirt, trainers (suitable footwear) Bring a Sweat Towel, Water Bottle (Gloves and handwraps if needed) We have Filtered water and Supply chalk (for Lifting)
We actively encourage clients to arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and prepare their body for training. Also at the end of a session staying behind and completing a cardio warm down and any stretching or myofacial release they want to do is encouraged. (We have foam rollers, myofacial massage balls and other tools to help clients recover after training)
Our first Personal Training session is a series of tests to measure your strength, ability, mobility, technique and overall fitness. Most clients like to take body measurements in this session and this allows the trainer to create a program based on the information from this session and the heath consultation.
If you don't currently train, committing to any training, initially is a step in the right direction. We recommend training Strength 3 times a week and Cardio at least twice a week. (At the beginning that may seem crazy but it can be a long term goal). But this doesn't mean you have to do that much training straight away or with us at the Studio. Depending on your situation you may only be able to train once a week with us in person. Luckily the GrangePT App is free to clients who train at least 1 Personal Training Session per week and allows clients to train anywhere, it has your program, a scheduling calendar, nutrition and recipes, habit tracker, direct chat to Bri (Trainer). The app also hooks up to smart watches to include the activities you do outside of the Studio, (Walking, Swimming, Running, etc).
Small Group Training (Boxing Cardio) Questions
1 x 45 minute Session a week is $30 (4 weekly payment - $120) --- 2 x 45 minute Session a week is $60 (4 weekly payment - $240). We don't do Casual Sessions or Drop ins
Sweat Towel, Water Bottle, Boxing Gloves and boxing hand wraps (Can borrow some initially)
To start these sessions you will need a basic level of technique and be able to know your Boxing Stance, how to throw a Jab, Hook, Cross, Uppercut. Most people pick up the technique during the first 3x Personal Training Session in the starter offer (Health Consultation & 3 x Personal Training Session - $129)
We have 6 people Maximum in a Small Group Boxing Session
Online Personal Training
$80 per week (4 Weekly Payment - $320). Online Training is via the GrangePT App. Video sessions are an add on and run through Zoom or FaceTime and cost - 1 x Video Personal Sessions $80 per 45 minutes
