Certified Trainer Brian Carlyle has been training clients in Adelaide for 10 years and has created a comfortable Private Studio environment.
The Grange Personal Training Studio is equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, strength machines and functional bodyweight tools.
We also offer Boxing for fitness using, Boxing Padwork, Bags, Footwork and fun drills to get your body moving
Clients can train, learn and achieve their goals with either 1 on 1 Personal Training, Small Group Training or combine both.
How you train is dependent on your Goals, Experience and Current Fitness but we’ll be there by your side to help you.
